Carrie E. Evans, Esq.
Carrie focuses her practice on health care litigation, representing doctors, hospitals and other health care professionals in medical malpractice cases.
Carrie graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in Political Science. While at Middlebury, she was a member of the Community Judicial Board and later served a one-year term as Co-chair of the Board. Carrie also spent one year studying abroad at the prestigious London School of Economics.
While at Cornell Law School, Carrie served as a Managing Editor for the Cornell Law School Legal Information Institute and an Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. She also served as Vice-President of the Public Interest Law Union. Carrie was the recipient of the CALI Award for Criminal Defense Clinic and the Seymour Herzog Memorial Prize.
Carrie followed her impressive education with proactive experience by serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence F. Stengel, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Following this clerkship, she was an Assistant Defender for the Defender Association of Philadelphia. She was most recently an Assistant Public Defender for the County of Lancaster Office of the Public Defender.
