Joann M. DiFederico
Joann brings over 10 years of paralegal and administrative experience to Saxton & Stump. She is skilled in all aspects of case litigation, including procuring and reviewing medical records, completing medical research, and litigation coordination. In addition to her medical malpractice experience, she has a background in products liability, corporate law, and licensing and compliance.
Joann is a passionate advocate for lung cancer awareness. In 2016, in honor of her mother, Joann Baratelli, she founded the Breathe For Baratelli Foundation, a non-profit organization created to raise funds for cancer research and assist people at risk or living with lung cancer. That same year, she was presented with the Lung Force Hero Award by the American Lung Association for her patient advocacy efforts. In addition, Joann volunteers her time at Neighborhood Home Health and Hospice, part of Penn Medicine at Chester County Hospital.
