Lancaster County, PA, January 16, 2018 – Saxton & Stump is pleased to announce that Katherine Pandelidis Granbois, Esq. has joined the firm’s Lancaster office as a Shareholder on January 15, 2018. Katherine is a member of the firm’s growing Business and Corporate Law Group, and will expand upon the services offered to business clients.
Katherine, who brings nearly 25 years of experience to Saxton & Stump, concentrates her practice in business and corporate law, including entity formation and structuring, shareholder agreements, stock transfers, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, sales and distribution, and commercial matters for clients ranging from startups and professional practices to large family-owned businesses and middle market companies. Katherine’s practice also includes the formation and counseling of nonprofit entities.

Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Katherine was an attorney with McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC where she was a member of the Corporate & Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, Food & Beverage, Securities, and International Law Groups. Early in her career, Katherine served in-house with a Fortune 500 company.
Katherine earned a J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Bucknell University. She is a member of the Lancaster and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is active in the community, currently serving as Board Chair of the United Way of Lancaster County and recently serving as a mentor in the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Women in Business mentoring program.
