Saxton & Stump Adds Human Resources Consulting Center

Lancaster County, PA, February 13, 2018 – Saxton & Stump, LLC, a growing Pennsylvania based law firm,  has announced the creation of Granite HR Consulting, a full-service human resources center that compliments the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group and provides practical solutions to human resource issues for its clients.

Granite HR Consulting specializes in providing human resources consulting to all size businesses throughout Pennsylvania.  Some of the services provided include HR program development, compensation and benefits, creating and revising employee handbooks, recruiting, employee satisfaction surveys, employee training programs, and compliance due diligence.  The Consulting practice is led by Leslie E. Bell, a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of human resources experience, who serves as Executive Director.

Ms. Bell’s human resources expertise spans across various industries, including high technology telecom, engineering, manufacturing, publishing, and privatized education.  Prior to her role at Granite HR Consulting, she served in executive human resources roles for several large national companies.  She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, York Society of Human Resource Management, Hanover Area Human Resources Association, Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce, and Chesapeake Human Resources Association.  Ms. Bell received a B.A. from Gettysburg College.
