Samuel Morris is a legislative and policy analyst in the firm’s Regulatory and Government Affairs Group. He conducts in-depth research for the firm, tracking state legislative activities and providing insights to support government affairs clients.
Sam came to Saxton & Stump after most recently working for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as legislative support staff to elected officials. He served as the front line for the state representative in his district, where he handled communications and events, assisted constituents with state and local government related issues, and was responsible for tracking and responding to policy inquiries.
Sam graduated from Shippensburg University for both his master’s degree in applied history and his undergraduate degree in history.
