Alana L. Lion is a seasoned paralegal with more than 20 years of legal experience. She is part of the Saxton & Stump Trucking and Commercial Transportation Group in our Harrisburg office. Alana has a strong background in transportation law, construction law, and litigation. Previously, she worked at Harrisburg-area business stalwart D&H Distributing Co. where she honed her skills in important areas such as:
- Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Review and approval of nondisclosure agreements
- Research of legislation, current topics, and legal considerations
- Compliance programs, policies, and risks
- Risk management and litigation procedures
Before her time at D&H, she worked at Harrisburg-area law firms as both a paralegal and legal assistant since 2002. She received her Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2014. She is also a certified notary public in Pennsylvania.
