Christy Barbone is a senior settlement officer with over 20 years of experience in the Saxton & Stump Real Estate group. She supports clients and attorneys with commercial, residential and agricultural closings for both Saxton & Stump, as well as for its strategic partner, Granite Settlement Co. Christy came to Saxton & Stump in 2025 from the longtime York County law firm Stock & Leader.
Christy graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is former member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and the Chair of the Young Professional’s Network.
