Gregory W. Bair, II is a shareholder in the Saxton & Stump Business Litigation and Strategic Solutions and Education groups in the firm’s York office. With nearly 20 years of experience, Greg is a seasoned trial attorney with a string of successful state and federal cases defending school districts and commercial clients in general litigation and insurance law. In his education law practice, he advises and defends school districts in civil rights violations, Title IX cases, municipal liability for school districts, and constitutional violations.
Greg works with individual, business and government clients on different facets of insurance law and other liabilities, including coverage review, loss assessment, liability claims, claims resolution, fire claims, general business claims, and environmental claims. He also collaborates with clients and opposing counsel on alternative dispute resolution options, including mediation and arbitration. In addition to litigation and education practices, Greg also maintains a personal injury practice representing victims of car accidents, dog bites, premise liability, and insurance disputes. He came to Saxton & Stump in 2025, joining the firm with other attorneys and professionals from longtime York County law firm Stock & Leader, where he was chair of the firm’s Litigation Group.
A graduate of Penn State Dickinson Law, Greg also earned a master’s degree in arts from St. Johns College in Maryland and an undergraduate degree from Lebanon Valley College. At Lebanon Valley, Greg was a member of the varsity football and track and field teams. In his community, Greg has a long history of giving his time through volunteerism. In sports, he serves as the president of the York Adams Elementary Football League, was formerly the organization’s vice president and he has coached youth football in the Hanover area. He’s also volunteered with community organizations such as Leadership Hanover, Main Street Hanover and the Hanover Symphony Orchestra.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, mentoring and volunteering in the community.
