Morgan Swank is a paralegal in the Saxton & Stump Trusts and Estates group. She supports clients and attorneys with trust and estate planning. Morgan joined Saxton & Stump in 2025 from the longtime York County law firm Stock & Leader.
She graduated summa cum laude from National Paralegal College with an associate degree in Paralegal Studies; and Pennsylvania State University with an associate degree in Business Administration. She is a NALA Certified Paralegal.
