Jennifer Ann Lawson is an associate in the Saxton & Stump Business Litigation and Strategic Solutions and Healthcare Litigation Groups, working from the firm’s office in downtown York, Jennifer’s hometown. She works with businesses to prepare responsive pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs as part of a civil litigation team of attorneys. She has been part of cases involving pre-suit investigations, arbitrations, and significant jury matters, and has experience preparing for depositions, discovery hearings, and settlement conferences.

Jennifer graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School and earned her undergraduate degree at Penn State. While she was in law school, she interned at the York County District Attorney’s Office, where she helped assistant district attorneys with research, memorandums, and appellate briefs. She was also very involved with student leadership at Delaware Law as the vice president of the First Generation Law Student Association, the competition chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Executive Board, and more.
