Kevin Segal is an experienced trial technology consultant who possesses more than 2,200 hours of direct in-court support and trial consultation, including case team logistics and e-discovery. He helps the firm’s Healthcare Litigation and Business Litigation and Strategic Solutions attorneys in the courtroom and in the trial war room by developing and executing innovative strategies. These strategies enhance the impact of attorneys’ and witnesses’ words using visual and audio aids, turning complex concepts into easily understood illustrations.
As a litigation support project manager, Kevin developed best practices, trained employees, and executed docket and case law research in maintaining multiple project timelines, budgets, and calendars. He’s also worked as a digital audio forensic analyzer and a litigation technician.
Kevin earned a Digital Video Forensics Certificate from eForensics Magazine in 2024 and an eDiscovery Executive Certificate (eDEx) in 2022 from the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists. He is a cum laude graduate from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
