LANCASTER, Pa., June 26, 2025 — The Central Penn Business Journal (CPBJ) has named Sara C. Arndt, Vice President of Success and Operations at Saxton & Stump, to its prestigious Women of Influence list, recognizing her more than two decades of career achievements and leadership across some of central Pennsylvania’s most respected organizations.
The annual Women of Influence list honors high-achieving women based on professional accomplishments, community engagement, and dedication to mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Arndt, who joined Saxton & Stump in 2022, has played a key role in shaping and supporting the firm’s growing platform. She oversees critical operational functions including human resources, market development, concierge services, information technology, and facilities. Her leadership spans both strategy and execution, ensuring operational excellence while positioning the firm and its affiliate companies for long-term success.
“To be recognized alongside such an accomplished group of women in central Pennsylvania is truly humbling,” Arndt said. “Working with Saxton & Stump has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.”
Before joining Saxton & Stump, Arndt worked in management and executive capacities at central Pennsylvania stalwart companies such as The Hershey Company and TE Connectivity, where she gained extensive experience in business operations and organizational development.
“Sara’s impact on Saxton & Stump is felt across every corner of our organization,” Saxton & Stump CEO James W. Saxton said. “Her ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational leadership has helped us improve systems, streamline processes, and scale our capabilities as a growing firm. She plays a vital role in helping us evolve and deliver excellence to our clients and communities. I applaud Sara on this well-deserved recognition.”
This marks the third consecutive year that a professional from Saxton & Stump has been named a CPBJ Women of Influence honoree. In 2023, Kathleen Duffy Bruder, the chair of the law firm’s Regulatory and Government Affairs Group, was on the list. Lobbyist and attorney Sarah P. Moreland, also of the Regulatory and Government Affairs Group, made the list in 2024.
