Allison is an associate in Saxton & Stump’s Charleston office and a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates, Business Litigation and Strategic Solutions, Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Business and Corporate groups. As part of the Trusts and Estates group, Allison represents individuals in trust and estate litigation, including trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and heirs. She also works with businesses in commercial litigation matters, providing strategic solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives.
Allison earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Allison served as a law clerk for the firm. She was also a member of the Moot Court Board and competed twice in the John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition. In her second year of competition, Allison ranked among the top ten oralists.
Prior to law school, Allison earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, graduating cum laude. While there, she was a member of Tri Delta Fraternity and served as Vice President of Chapter Programming and Development.
