Experienced bankruptcy attorney Pauline Felice Gibble joins Saxton & Stump in Lancaster alongside Barry Solodky
LANCASTER, Pa., March 12, 2020 — Saxton & Stump is pleased to share that attorney Pauline Felice Gibble has joined the firm as an associate to support the growing Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice in Lancaster. With more than 30 years of experience as a judicial law clerk, Gibble joins attorney Barry A. Solodky, who joined the firm in January to launch the practice.
“Polly brings an incredible amount of experience and a high level of enthusiasm to the firm,” said CEO James W. Saxton. “Combining Barry’s experience with Polly’s depth of knowledge and passion for solutions creates a solid team to serve our expanding Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights client base.”
Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Gibble was a career judicial law clerk serving two chief judges for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She clerked for Chief Judge Richard E. Fehling for 13 years until his retirement in 2019 and before that for Chief Judge Thomas M. Twardowski for 18 years until his retirement in 2006.
Gibble received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and her B.A. in political science and psychology from Elizabethtown College. Her first clerkship after receiving her law degree was for the Hon. D. Richard Eckman at the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
Solodky has been serving clients for more than four decades in bankruptcy law. He previously served 33 years as a court-appointed Chapter 7 trustee providing independent oversight for bankruptcy cases and as counsel for other fellow trustees. He has been appointed as a receiver in several cases, managing assets for insolvent businesses during proceedings. Solodky is also an appointed mediator in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Saxton & Stump’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights group represents secured and non-secured creditors, businesses, vendors, suppliers, bankruptcy trustees, purchasers of assets and individual creditors on small and large claims.
