Attorney Darlene K. King will present at the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association’s (SCCIA) 20th Annual Executive Educational Conference on September 11, 2019. The SCCIA’s annual conference is intended to educate and connect captive owners and professionals from all over the country. King, Chair of Saxton & Stump’s Risk Mitigation and Safety Group, will present on changes in healthcare liability and risk that have an influence on the captive industry, particularly the effect of high severity claims on mitigation, litigation strategies and coverage issues.
