The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), U.S. Department of the Treasury and U.S. Department of Labor have announced plans to issue a temporary 30-day non-enforcement policy for good-faith efforts by employers who are working to come into compliance with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
