LANCASTER, Pa., September 13, 2022 — Central Penn Business Journal has selected Saxton & Stump attorney Jennifer Galloway as a Forty Under 40 recipient. Honorees, chosen by the editors and publisher of CPBJ, were selected based on professional accomplishments, community service and commitment to inspiring change.
Galloway, who is based out of the firm’s Lancaster office, joined Saxton & Stump in 2021 after co-founding and growing her own practice in York County. Currently, she counsels her clients and their families, as well as business owners and professional advisers, to create plans that ensure a smooth and optimal transition of assets to future generations. She also handles elder law, Orphans’ Court litigation and corporate matters such as business entity formation.
“It’s truly an honor to be named to CPBJ’s annual Forty Under 40 list,” Galloway said. “The people I see on this list each year are well-known difference-makers in central Pennsylvania, and to be included with the other honorees, both this year and every year, is very humbling.”
The Elizabethtown College graduate is the chair-elect of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and is the division’s delegate to the association’s House of Delegates. She also is a member of the association’s Civility in the Profession Committee, the Conference of County Bar Leaders, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Commission on Women in the Profession. Galloway also is a member of the board of directors at the York County Bar Association, is part of the Professional Advisors for the organization’s Leave a Legacy York County and is a member of the association’s Estate Planning Council.
In both 2021 and 2022, Super Lawyers named her to its “Rising Stars” list in Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law.
“It’s no surprise to me that Jenn has been named to this list,” Saxton & Stump CEO James W. Saxton said. “Jenn is a tremendous attorney and an even better person who truly cares about the welfare of the profession and her community. We congratulate Jenn and thank CPBJ.”
Galloway and the 39 other people named to the list will be honored at a celebration at the Hilton Harrisburg on Oct. 19.
