LANCASTER, Pa., July 31, 2026 — Saxton & Stump shareholders Wayne M. Pecht and Neil A. Slenker have been named to the Central Penn Business Journal’s CPBJ300 list, recognizing the region’s 300 most influential leaders in business, nonprofits, government and higher education.

Pecht is a shareholder and co-chair of Saxton & Stump’s Trusts and Estates group and a member of the firm’s Business and Corporate, Tax and Tax Controversy, Senior Care, and Death Care groups. With more than 40 years of legal experience, he advises clients on business law, estate and tax planning, corporate law, elder law and Orphans’ Court litigation. A certified public accountant, Pecht brings a distinctive perspective to clients’ legal and financial matters, supported by his LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University.
In addition to his legal practice, Pecht has demonstrated strong civic leadership through his service on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Investment Advisory Board since 2023 and as solicitor for the Cumberland County Coroner since 2014. Central Penn Business Journal named him to itsPower List for Law in 2025 and Power List for Banking, Finance, Accounting and Wealth Management in 2024. The Best Lawyers in America® has recognized Pecht for his work in Corporate Law and Trusts and Estates since 2008 and named him Lawyer of the Year in 2022 in Business Law.
Slenker is a shareholder in Saxton & Stump’s Business and Corporate and Real Estate groups. For nearly 30 years, he has counseled businesses and business owners through every stage of the business lifecycle, including formation, financing, acquisitions, divestitures and succession planning. He also advises clients on commercial real estate transactions involving the sale, acquisition and leasing of property.
Slenker is active in the York community, serving on the WellSpan Central Region Board and previously as its chair. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations where he served on the board and has held leadership roles with several organizations, including the York County History Center, United Way of York County, the York County Economic Alliance, Keep York Beautiful and Main Street York.
Slenker was also named to Central Penn Business Journal’s Power List for Law in 2024 and 2025.
