LANCASTER, Pa., October 2, 2025 — The Central Penn Business Journal, a leading voice of the region’s business community, has named Saxton & Stump senior counsel Ryan C. Givens to its annual “Forty Under 40” list. A native of Lancaster County, Givens is an attorney in the firm’s Business and Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Financial Services, and Information Privacy and Cybersecurity groups.
Each year, the CPBJ list honors the region’s most promising young business professionals poised to shape the next generation of leadership in central Pennsylvania.

Givens joined Saxton & Stump’s Lancaster office in early 2025. He advises businesses through every stage of their lifecycle, from formation to acquisition and sale, and assists with corporate governance, contracts, joint ventures, debt financing, business succession, and daily operations. He also maintains a robust cybersecurity practice, helping companies address evolving cyber risks in collaboration with Granite GRC Consulting, a Saxton & Stump affiliate that provides cybersecurity assessments and solutions.
Beyond his legal practice, Givens is deeply engaged in his community. He serves on the board of directors of the Demuth Foundation, which promotes visual arts in the city and operates the Demuth Museum and Lancaster Museum of Art. He was an inaugural board member of the Lancaster Catholic High School Alumni Council and volunteers at the school, participating in career day and judging class projects to help guide the next generation of the region’s professionals.
