Short-term rentals can be an attractive opportunity for property owners looking to earn money, but owners should be aware of the governing laws and regulations that are still attempting to catch up with the trend. Likewise, those in the homebuilding industry, such as builders and contractors, should also be informed of what is legally required before providing guidance to clients.
