James W. Saxton Presents at 110th American Urological Association Annual Meeting

Lancaster County, PA, May 28, 2015James W. Saxton, CEO and Co-Founder of Saxton & Stump, LLC, presented “Medical Malpractice in Urology: How to Prevent and Defend” at the 110th American Urological Association (AUA) Annual Meeting.

Mr. Saxton discussed how urologists can reduce their litigation exposure by incorporating five-star service excellence in their practices and through the use of effective post adverse event communication. The AUA Annual Meeting, held May 15-19, 20015 in New Orleans, LA, is the largest gathering of urologists in the world.

Mr. Saxton has sustained an active litigation practice for more than 30 years, representing doctors, hospitals and other health care professionals in state and federal court and administrative proceedings.  He lectures frequently and is an invited speaker across the country on health care issues, including liability reduction and risk management. He presents nationally to health care organizations such as the American College of Surgeons, the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, the American Society for Health Care Risk Management and the Physician Insurers Association of America.
