LANCASTER, Pa., June 17, 2022 — Saxton & Stump is proud to announce the firm has hired Jenna M. Schill, CPHRM as a senior risk and insurance consultant. Schill brings more than a decade of experience in the healthcare risk and insurance sectors to her work in the firm’s Quality Assurance and Peer Review and the Risk Mitigation and Safety practice groups. She will also assist healthcare clients with their insurance needs.

Schill has proactively helped companies manage risk and insurance coverage throughout her career. Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, she was the corporate insurance director for a nationwide radiology group. Prior to that position, she worked as a senior risk manager for a large university health system, where she identified risks for hospital executive review and implemented data-driven education and training activities on loss prevention and control strategies. Schill is a graduate of Temple University Fox School of Business and active in helping to move her profession forward through education as a member of the board of directors for the Risk and Insurance Management Society Chesapeake chapter.
At Saxton & Stump, Schill will partner with clinical, legal and data experts to develop targeted solutions, educational initiatives, and enhanced strategies to address specific risk and liability issues. She will focus on data analytics to implement loss control and mitigation plans, quality reviews and related preemptive measures.
