LANCASTER, Pa., July 29, 2024 — Saxton & Stump is pleased to announce that Melissa Jabour has joined the law firm as a senior counsel attorney in the Healthcare Litigation and Commercial Litigation groups. In her 10-year career, she has worked with clients in medical malpractice, medical device, and product liability cases at a premier plaintiff-oriented law firm. She will now represent healthcare providers, medical professionals, and other healthcare entities as well as work with our growing commercial litigation team. She will work in the firm’s Lancaster office.

She was previously a partner at a Lancaster-based firm, where she developed experience in strategizing and analyzing cases, drafting pleadings, preparing witnesses, assisting with arbitrations and mediations, and handling negotiations.
Jabour is a member of the board of directors at Lancaster Dollars for Higher Learning, an organization that provides interest-free loans to Lancaster County students to support their post-secondary goals. She is also the vice chair of the Lancaster Bar Association Professionalism and Ethics Section.
Jabour is a magna cum laude graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
