Saxton & Stump adds lobbyist Brett Biggica to Harrisburg office

LANCASTER, Pa., April 25, 2023 — Saxton & Stump continues to add to its Regulatory and Government Affairs Group by adding experienced lobbyist Brett J. Biggica in the firm’s Harrisburg office. Biggica has worked in Pennsylvania government and private sector lobbying for more than 15 years. At Saxton & Stump he will help manage relationships with key government contacts and assist in the development and implementation of legislative lobbying plans for clients and coordinating legislative outreach and communications. This is the second addition to the firm’s Regulatory and Government Affairs Group in two months after the February hire of Adam Friscia as the firm’s executive manager of business development and government relations.

“We continue to strategically add resources to our Regulatory and Government Affairs Group,” Saxton & Stump CEO James W. Most recently, Biggica worked as the government affairs director for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey for a telecommunications company. Prior to that, Biggica worked in different offices of Pennsylvania government as a research analyst and legislative liaison in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for offices such as the Consumer Affairs Committee, the Office of Member Services, the Pennsylvania Department of Health and also in the Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee. He holds an undergraduate degree from Marshall University in West Virginia.
