Saxton & Stump attorney named one of the top 50 lobbyists in Pennsylvania

HARRISBURG, Pa., September 27, 2022 — Saxton & Stump is excited to announce that City & State Pennsylvania has named shareholder Kathleen Duffy Bruder one of “The Top 50 Pennsylvania Lobbyists 2022.” The publication also recognized three team members of the Saxton & Stump Regulatory and Government Affairs GroupJason C. Benion, Kathy L. Pape and Andrew J. Reilly – as “key employees” in Bruder’s work.

The team also includes Sarah Holloway, Amanda McClellan and Beth Gardner who each play an integral role in clients’ successes.

Bruder and the team work closely with their extensive network of contacts in government to benefit their clients with legislative interests, policymaking, economic development funding needs and regulatory processes. The former deputy chief of staff for Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett with almost 30 years of experience as an attorney and lobbyist, Bruder served as the governor’s liaison for all state-wide management personnel positions and was the governor’s point of contact for numerous state agencies for funding programs, policy, legislative and press initiatives.

She also previously served longtime Harrisburg Mayor Stephen R. Reed as a cabinet member in the roles of deputy solicitor, labor attorney and director of human resources.
