Saxton & Stump expands Pennsylvania family law and education practices with attorney Drew A. Jabour-Gehman

MALVERN, Pa., July 20, 2026 — Saxton & Stump is pleased to announce that Drew A. Jabour-Gehman has joined the firm as an associate in its Malvern office. He is a member of the firm’s Education and Family Law groups, bringing experience in school district litigation, family law proceedings and public-sector legal matters.

Jabour-Gehman’s arrival strengthens Saxton & Stump’s expanding Pennsylvania family law team and supports the continued growth of the practice alongside shareholder Teresa C. Marino, who recently joined the firm. His background representing clients in equitable distribution, custody and alimony and support matters adds practical depth to the firm’s ability to counsel individuals and families through sensitive and complex proceedings.

“Drew’s experience in both family law and education law makes him a strong addition to our growing team in Pennsylvania,” Saxton & Stump Chairman James W. Saxton said. “He brings strong judgment, a thoughtful approach to client service and a valuable perspective that will support our continued investment in these important practice areas.”

Before joining Saxton & Stump, Jabour-Gehman was an Associate at a top Philadelphia firm, Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller. He also practiced at Appel Yost & Zee, where he gained experience in a broad range of family, education, municipal and litigation matters. That background gives him a practical foundation for advising clients across sensitive personal, institutional and public-sector issues.

Jabour-Gehman also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Renée Cohn Jubelirer, President Judge of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, where he was exposed to issues involving land use, public-sector labor law, unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation, state constitutional law and procedural issues in the Court’s original and appellate jurisdiction.

Before pursuing law, Jabour-Gehman spent five years as an elementary and middle school classroom teacher in Texas, Mexico City and Pennsylvania. He holds teaching certifications covering PK-6 and English, Social Studies, Spanish and French for grades 7-12. That classroom experience provides a valuable foundation for his work with the firm’s Education Group and its school district clients.

“Having worked directly in classrooms before becoming an attorney, Drew understands the realities educators and school leaders face,” said shareholder and co-chair of the Education group Jeffrey D. Litts. “That perspective, combined with his litigation and clerkship experience, will be an asset to the clients we serve.”

Jabour-Gehman earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was chief executive projects editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, founder and president of the Family Law Society, and a member of the Order of the Coif. He also holds an M.S.Ed. from Baylor University and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Messiah College.
