Saxton & Stump promotes Sara Arndt to expanded role as Senior Director of Success and Integration

LANCASTER, Pa., January 31, 2023 — Saxton & Stump has announced the promotion of Sara C. Arndt, the former Director of Success, to an expanded role as Senior Director of Success and Integration. This executive-level position will support the continued successful strategic growth of the firm. Arndt previously worked for a Fortune 500 company, The Hershey Company, for more than 15 years in various client service, project management, and legal roles.

“We believe the way in which law firms support clients and provide comprehensive services is rapidly changing and we want to be part of that change,” said Saxton & Stump CEO James Saxton. “Sara has excelled over the last year in lateral recruiting and building a winning team. This has helped fuel our nearly 20% growth in 2022.”

In her new role, Arndt will oversee the Marketing and Business Development teams while continuing to focus on lateral recruiting. Arndt works directly with the CEO and collaborates with department managers to ensure that resources are deployed strategically and effectively to achieve the firm’s goals.

Before joining Saxton & Stump, she served as legal operations manager at The Hershey Company. Arndt received her B.S. summa cum laude in business administration from Elizabethtown College and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

The Marketing and Business Development teams have also seen significant growth by adding six new positions across both teams in the past year. Most recently, the firm added Jillian Tice, a marketing content strategist who previously worked for Clipper Magazine, Wolters Kluwer Health and graduated from Elizabethtown College as well. The firm has also hired Graphic Designer Karan Kim, who previously worked for a technology-driven publication company, as well as household brands like AT&T, Lifetime, CNBC, and MTV.
