Lancaster, Pa., June 16, 2026 — Saxton & Stump is pleased to announce the promotion of Sara Arndt to Senior Vice President of Success & Operations, recognizing her contributions to the firm’s growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation initiatives throughout her nearly five years with the organization.
Arndt has played a pivotal leadership role in advancing firmwide initiatives focused on lateral recruiting, operational and success programs, and strategic growth. Working closely with Chairman Jim Saxton, and CEO, Tom Kent, she has helped execute key priorities across the firm and its affiliated businesses while supporting the organization’s continued expansion.
The promotion comes at a time when the legal industry is experiencing unprecedented change driven by advances in artificial intelligence, evolving client expectations, technology modernization, and new service delivery models. Over the past several years, Saxton & Stump has been actively evaluating these developments and implementing strategic initiatives designed to strengthen client service, improve operational efficiency, and position the firm for long-term growth.
