LANCASTER, Pa., January 6, 2022 — Saxton & Stump announced a new executive-level position titled Director of Success, and tapped Sara C. Arndt, a business leader with a unique background in legal operations, digital marketing and finance. Arndt previously worked for a Fortune 500 company, The Hershey Company, for more than 15 years in various roles overseeing client service and project management. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Arndt adds perspective for strategic planning and initiatives to ensure the continued growth and success of the firm, its affiliate companies and their clients. She cultivates recruiting and lateral hire integration programs to support seamless transitions. She also works directly with the CEO and collaborates with department managers to ensure that resources are deployed strategically and effectively to achieve the firm’s goals.
Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, she served as the legal operations manager at The Hershey Company where she worked closely with the general counsel and legal leadership team to define and implement strategic priorities, special projects, technology capabilities and managed all aspects of the department’s budget and financial analysis. She received her B.S. summa cum laude in business administration from Elizabethtown College.
Firm continues to accelerate strategic growth
Having added 53 professionals in 2021, including 22 attorneys, Saxton & Stump has grown to a team of 140 professionals, including 75 attorneys. The firm has added new services and established groups dedicated to white collar defense and environmental, workplace safety and utilities. In addition to bolstering their infrastructure, they have also grown key existing practice areas such as healthcare, senior care, real estate, government affairs and trusts and estates. They have also expanded consulting services offered through strategic partner companies including Granite HR Consulting, and Granite GRC Consulting.
The firm continues to grow based on their strategic plan for 2022 and will continue to expand its current team of lawyers and professionals, focusing on bringing additional resources to support client needs.
