Lancaster County, PA, March 7, 2018 – Saxton & Stump attorney Emina Henne has been selected to join the Editorial Board of the Journal of Radiology Nursing, the official publication of the Association for Radiologic & Imaging Nursing (ARIN). ARIN represents nurses who practice in the diagnostic, neuro/cardiovascular, interventional, ultrasonography, computerized tomography, nuclear medicine, magnetic resonance, and radiation oncology. Ms. Henne will contribute to the Journal’s “Legal Awareness” column on topics of risk management and legal matters impacting health care.

Ms. Henne is an Associate Attorney at Saxton & Stump and a member of the Healthcare Law and Risk Mitigation and Safety Practice Groups. She focuses her practice in healthcare litigation, representing doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers in medical professional liability cases. Prior to engaging in the practice of law, Ms. Henne worked as a critical care nurse and risk management professional where she gained extensive clinical experience with hospitals, physician groups and long-term care facilities. In addition, she regularly advises clients on risk management and patient safety regulatory compliance and provides support in the implementation of policies and procedures. Ms. Henne is a fellow of The American Association of Nurse Attorneys and member of the Montgomery County and Berks County Bar Associations. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law and BSN, summa cum laude, from Widener University.
