HARRISBURG, Pa., January 6, 2020 — Saxton & Stump attorney Erik M. Hume has published the 2020 supplemental update to “Pennsylvania Community Association & Law Practice,” an essential reference guide for attorneys, real estate professionals, developers and associations. Hume will continue to publish annual supplemental updates with information regarding changes to common interest ownership community law in Pennsylvania.
The original author of the work, Ronald B. Glazer, has piloted this publication for 40 years. This treatise provides individuals who work with common interest ownership communities in Pennsylvania with a comprehensive legal reference and practice guide. In addition to the discussion and analysis of significant cases of relevant law, the publication includes forms and checklists that are valuable for daily use and reference.
“Ron is a national voice in the arena of common interest ownership communities. Thousands of attorneys, association managers and board members have relied on his publications and experience in creating and managing communities,” said Hume. “It is an honor to succeed someone who is so highly regarded in the industry.”
