Aaron Scheibelhut is a member of the firm’s Construction Group and Commercial Litigation Group. He focuses on helping businesses handle a wide range of construction related matters, including contracts, claims, intellectual property, employment and labor compliance among others. He also helps businesses defend or pursue legal claims in the courtroom and outside of it.

After earning his law degree at Widener Commonwealth School of Law in Harrisburg, Aaron worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Thomas R. Campbell in the Adams County Court of Common Pleas. While working for the judge, Aaron wrote judicial opinions in both civil and criminal law and researched complex legal issues, working in criminal, contract, tort and property law. During law school, where he was in the top 20% of his class, he worked as a law clerk at Dethlefs Pykosh Law Group in the Harrisburg area. He also worked as an intern at Central Pennsylvania Law Clinics in Harrisburg, where he researched, wrote and filed legal documents in areas such as landlord/tenant, family, estate planning and aging law.

While in law school, Aaron was the internal supervising editor of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review and in 2020, he won the school’s President’s Award, given to a second-year student who demonstrated high scholastic achievement and possessed high potential for meaningful future contributions to the law school, the community and the profession. At his undergraduate alma mater, Penn State Harrisburg, he was a charter member of the school’s Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society and was named the school’s Outstanding Political Science Senior Award recipient.
