Abigail is an associate at Saxton & Stump and is a member of the firm’s Title IX, Education and Commercial Litigation groups. She assists schools with Title IX investigations and keeping them updated on new compliance regulations. While at Penn State Law earning her law degree, she served as a certified legal intern for the Penn State Law Family Law Clinic in 2022. At the same time, she also worked as a law clerk during internships at two Philadelphia law firms from January 2021 to May 2022. She was also a senior editor at the Penn State Law Arbitration Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.
Abigail received her undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University in Indiana where she was a sprinter on the Division I track and field team and served for the school’s Student Athletic Advisory Council as a team representative and NCAA Liaison. She was also a member of the student senate as a class representative and of the university council as a representative.
