Adam Friscia is an executive manager of business development and government relations at Saxton & Stump, working with the firm’s Regulatory and Government Affairs Group, and other attorneys involved in targeted business development efforts. Adam joined Saxton & Stump after more than three years at the PA Chamber of Business and Industry, where he cultivated strategic partnerships with high-level clients and supported business leaders in achieving their public policy goals. His extensive experience and relationship-building skills make him a valuable connector across the business, government, and nonprofit sectors in Pennsylvania.
Before joining the chamber, Adam spent more than 15 years as a general manager for a large Pennsylvania employer, overseeing personnel and operations while delivering measurable, positive results in a fast-paced environment.
In 2021, Adam received his master’s degree in public administration from Shippensburg University, where three years prior he graduated summa cum laude with his degree in political science. He served on the Shippensburg University Alumni Board of Directors from 2022-2026. His broad professional network includes membership in organizations such as the Association of Latino Professionals for America.
Adam is deeply committed to community engagement and helps lead a youth boxing program in Harrisburg that uses the sport to promote personal growth and positive development among local participants.
