Adam Friscia is an executive manager, business development and government relations at Saxton & Stump, working with the firm’s Regulatory and Government Affairs Group, environmental attorneys and other attorneys involved in targeted business development efforts at the firm. He joined Saxton & Stump after more than three years as a member executive for the central Pennsylvania region at the PA Chamber of Business and Industry. At the chamber, he developed strategic relationships with high-level clients, recruited potential members, promoted membership sales and retention, as well as making himself a liaison for the business community. He also developed content and produced webinars for the chamber’s online platforms, moderated educational conferences, represented the chamber at political functions, worked with business leaders to achieve their public policy goals and tracked pertinent legislation and regulatory reforms. He has significant experience building relationships with top executives and businesses in Pennsylvania.
Prior to his work at the chamber, Adam spent more than 15 years in retail management, generating sales of $26 million per year, hitting his sales goal six years in a row and leading a staff of 20 department managers and 130 employees.
In 2021, Adam received his master’s degree in public administration from Shippensburg University, where three years prior he graduated summa cum laude with his degree in political science. He now serves on the Shippensburg University Alumni Board of Directors. His strong network reach includes being a member of groups such as Diversity and Inclusion Professionals of Central PA and Association of Latino Professionals for America. He has achieved professional certifications in Diversity & Inclusion in Education, Social Impact, Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace.
