Alexandra Schiavino is an attorney in Saxton & Stump’s Franchising, Licensing and Distribution group, where she advises clients on a wide range of regulatory, transactional, and operational matters. Drawing on a joint JD/MBA from Villanova University, she brings both legal and business acumen to her practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra built substantial franchise law experience at a boutique franchise law firm in Philadelphia, where she managed a portfolio of franchisor clients across a variety of industries. In that role, she oversaw the preparation and renewal of franchise disclosure documents, negotiated franchise and related transactional agreements, advised clients on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance, and managed the full franchise registration and comment letter process. She also supported private equity transactions, conducting comprehensive due diligence and advising on transactional compliance. Alexandra further developed her in-house franchise experience as a legal intern with Rita’s Franchise Company, LLC.
Alexandra has been recognized as one of the “star legal professionals in the franchise industry” by Franchise Times in its annual Legal Eagles list, an honor awarded to leading franchise attorneys across the United States and Canada.
