Alison Free is the manager of concierge services. In this role, she manages the daily operations of the Concierge Services Department and client-related travel. She also assists in developing hospitality initiatives within the firm to foster a five-star service environment and ensures that clients enjoy an exceptionally positive experience.
Alison manages a team of concierge services professionals who organize guests and client visits to all office locations. Together they anticipate meeting needs, prepare conference rooms and assist with catering orders.
Alison has a well-rounded background in customer service and management in retail, banking, and real estate since 2010, working for respected and well-known national brands such as Walmart, PNC Bank, Property Management Inc., and Bed, Bath & Beyond.
