Andrea Kusselson is an attorney in Saxton & Stump’s Healthcare Litigation and Commercial Litigation Groups. She assists clients in the complex world of medical malpractice, defending healthcare systems, hospitals and physicians from claims against them and helping them mitigate future risk. She comes to Saxton & Stump from a well-established boutique firm in Center City Philadelphia.

Before graduating from law school, Andrea worked as a law clerk at two different Philadelphia law firms, including the firm that hired her as an associate attorney after her law school graduation. While still in college, she worked as an intern in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where she prepared files for court and observed attorneys in court. Between her undergraduate schooling and enrolling in law school, she received her paralegal certificate, helping her get a deeper understanding of the legal profession. She also has been a volunteer and fellow for the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, where she taught constitutional law to high school students in Philadelphia. One of the students she instructed went on to the Marshall-Brennan Moot Court national competition.
