Avery Morgan is a legal assistant in the firm’s Charleston office working with attorneys across all phases of family law matters. She brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to case management, court filings, and day-to-day communications.
Prior to joining the firm, Avery served as a legal assistant at a national law firm in Charlotte, NC. She also previously interned with the United States Attorney’s Office, where she gained exposure to a broad range of legal matters, including white collar crime, narcotics, immigration, public corruption, and civil rights.
Avery earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Modern European History from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with a minor in Philosophy. She completed the UNC-Chapel Hill Paralegal Certificate Program and is a commissioned Notary Public.
