Brett Biggica is a lobbyist in the Saxton & Stump Regulatory and Government Affairs Group possessing more than 15 years of experience in both government affairs and private sector lobbying. At the firm, he helps manage relationships with key government contacts and assists in the development and implementation of legislative lobbying plans for clients.
He most recently moved out of public government and into the private sector as the government affairs director for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey for a telecommunications company. While in the private sector, Brett led the company’s legislative advocacy in all three branches of government, represented the company in front of regulatory commissions, managed relationships with competing industries and managed the company’s political action committee.
He spent the first decade of his career working in different offices of Pennsylvania government as a research analyst and legislative liaison in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for offices such as the Consumer Affairs Committee, the Office of Member Services, the Pennsylvania Department of Health and also in the Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee.
