Candace is a senior counsel member of the firm’s Trucking and Commercial Transportation, Insurance and Commercial Litigation groups. She brings more than 15 years of litigation experience devoted almost exclusively to insurance defense litigation, representing both insurers and insureds in state, federal and appellate courts. She also represents clients in front of mediators and arbitrators. She has successfully defended first and third party auto, transportation, premises liability, insurance coverage, employment-related, construction and bad faith cases. She handles all phases of a case from pleadings through appeals.
She has worked at different firms throughout the Harrisburg area during her career, working her way up from law clerk to partner and senior counsel. While at Penn State Dickinson Law, she was the recipient of the ALI-ABA Scholastic and Leadership Award and the George F. Douglas Jr. Memorial Award, among other honors.
