Collin T. Keyser focuses his practice in the defense of physicians, hospitals, and long-term and post-acute care facilities in medical professional liability litigation, often involving complex medical and legal issues. Collin serves as the Chair of the Senior Care Group and is dedicated to assisting the senior care services industry in developing risk mitigation strategies, tools and policies to reduce adverse events and claims. When litigation cannot be avoided, Collin provides his clients with aggressive and effective representation and has successfully defended healthcare providers and facilities in trials and arbitrations throughout Pennsylvania.

Collin has lectured on litigation, risk management and liability issues that are unique to the senior care services industry and is an active member of LeadingAge PA.

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Collin obtained his bachelors in Rhetoric from Bates College. During his undergraduate studies, Collin was President of the Brooks Quimby Debate Council where he competed in debate tournaments throughout New England and internationally.

Following law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Simpson, Jr., Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Thereafter, he worked for a few years at one of the leading law firms in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania before relocating to Lancaster.
