Coulter D. Ebbert, Esq. focuses on medical professional liability defense. In this role, he assists with the representation of hospitals and healthcare professionals in medical malpractice cases. He also supports the firm’s commercial litigation clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Coulter practiced at Post & Schell, defending clients in claims involving hospitality liability, liquor liability and products liability. He has represented corporate clients in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, hospitality, pharmaceutical and retail. Coulter also has experience drafting pleadings, motions and briefs as a clerk in personal injury, workers’ compensation and premises firm. He has also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Richard A. Lewis, President Judge in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas where he conducted research, assisted with drafting opinions and participated in hearing and proceedings.
