Dana is experienced in the legal profession in various capacities, including the last four years as a paralegal in workers’ compensation, civil litigation and general litigation. At Saxton & Stump, she will work with the firms Healthcare and Commercial Litigation groups, where she will assist attorneys with preparation of legal documentation, discovery, managing and analyzing cases and providing comprehensive trial support preparation.

She is also a certified notary public in Pennsylvania, and is trained in HIPAA compliance, ensuring the protection of sensitive information in the healthcare industry. Prior to her role as a paralegal, she spent several years as a legal assistant and court reporter. During this time, she competently handled a variety of hearings, depositions and public meetings for prominent government departments such as the Pennsylvania Department of State, Department of Labor and Industry and Department of Health and Human Services. She is a 2013 graduate of Lock Haven University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Criminal Justice.
