Dorian Carpenter is a paralegal in Saxton & Stump’s Trusts and Estates Group, based in the firm’s suburban Harrisburg office. With more than a decade of legal experience, Dorian has independently managed all phases of estate administration, guiding matters from the initial petition through final accounting and closing.
She prepares and files petitions for grant of letters, inventories, inheritance tax returns, and status reports, and works closely with the Register of Wills, Orphans’ Court, and the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue to ensure timely and accurate compliance for clients.
Dorian is also a notary public and eNotary, supporting the efficient execution of estate documents.
