Ellen M. Palmer is a paralegal with more than 30 years of legal experience in areas such as litigation, medical malpractice defense, and estate administration. She prepares litigation and discovery documents as well as subpoenas for medical records, helps prepare witnesses, schedules depositions, and handles electronic filing for federal, state, and local courts.
She is a graduate of Central Penn College, where she received her bachelor’s degree in legal studies and earned her paralegal certificate.
