Erin is a shareholder in the firm’s Healthcare Litigation, Risk Management and Quality Assurance, and Investigations and Criminal Defense groups. She assists healthcare professionals with developing risk mitigation and quality assurance strategies. She also assists the firm’s corporate clients with performing internal investigations. Erin returned to Saxton & Stump in 2023 where she had started her career after working as corporate counsel at Eurofins, an international life sciences company with North American headquarters in Lancaster County. She supported the North American Eurofins entities, including numerous clinical diagnostic companies, in potential and pending litigation, risk mitigation, data analysis, quality assurance, investigations, insurance and regulatory needs, clinical diagnostic trials, federal and state reporting requirements, as well as multiple other business issues. Erin has prepared for depositions conducted nationally and internationally and works with medical and industry experts across the country to develop strategic and formidable defenses.

Best Lawyers in America named her to its “Ones to Watch” list for 2022. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and her B.S., summa cum laude, from Delaware Valley College.

During law school, Erin was a judicial intern to the Hon. John E. Jones III, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. After law school, she served as law clerk to the Hon. Arnold L. New, the then supervising judge and coordinating judge of the Complex Litigation Program of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas. In that role, Erin assisted in the management of the docket for the First Judicial District Mass Tort Program, involving complex pharmaceutical, asbestos, and product liability cases. She also assisted with the management of day forward program and non-jury trials.
