Franqui is an associate in the firm’s Senior Care, Trusts and Estates, and Tax and Tax Controversy groups, working out of the firm’s Malvern office. She has worked with clients to plan, implement, and prepare Medicaid/Asset Protection plans and medical assistance applications and has represented clients in Orphan’s Court proceedings. Additionally, she works with clients on estate planning documents such as wills, financial powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, and trusts. She is also a court-appointed attorney for alleged incapacitated individuals in Montgomery County.

At the beginning of 2024, Franqui received her LL.M. in tax, including a certificate in estate planning. She earned her law degree at Widener University Commonwealth Law School and her undergraduate degree at Ursinus College. She is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, where she is secretary of the Young Lawyer Section, co-chair of the Sidebar Committee, and co-vice chair of the Elder Law Committee.
