Jacob Broadway is a member of the Saxton & Stump Education and Business, Corporate and Tax groups. He assists school clients in complying with government regulations, responding to requests under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know law, addressing student misconduct, and handling labor and employment matters. He also helps clients with business transactions, prepares entity formation documents, governance documents, contract drafting, and commercial purchase and sale agreements. Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Jacob worked for the law firm Kegel Kelin Litts & Lord as an associate.

Jacob earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. While in law school, he completed internships in the compliance departments at a real estate firm and at Duquesne Light Company. Prior to law school, Jacob worked in student affairs for two institutions of higher education.
