Jacqueline Egan, Esq., is senior counsel for Saxton & Stump in the firm’s Charleston, S.C., office. Jackie focuses her practice on helping clients resolve or litigate real estate and commercial disputes. She has over a decade of experience conducting legal research for number of law firms in Charleston, South Carolina. She regularly handles complex legal research for a wide variety of topics and directly supports the firm’s clients’ by drafting pleadings and responses. Earlier in her career, Jackie was an associate at a Charleston-based personal injury firm. She was also a research assistant for attorney Steven Spitz, assisting with professional presentations and casework, as well as Steve’s real estate transactions textbook.

Jackie earned her J.D. from The Charleston School of Law, where she graduated first in her class. During law school, she served as senior articles editor of the Federal Courts Law Review and was a member of the Honor Council and the Technology Law Society.

Prior to law school, Jackie graduated from The College of Charleston Honors College on a full academic scholarship.
