Jason is a shareholder in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Trucking and Commercial Transportation groups. With two decades of experience as a litigator, Jason brings a wealth of experience inside and outside the courtroom in defending general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, suppliers, and homebuilders in the construction industry on cases of professional liability, contract claims, construction defects, property and casualty claims, delay claims and more.

Jason also defends trucking companies in motor vehicle accident claims, personal injury and wrongful death cases, property damage claims, traffic citations, permit violations, and licensing.

Jason earned his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2003 and began practicing in 2005. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999 and was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina.
